Moving Out of Area?

From 1988 to 2003, I moved nine times following my husband’s career. I know what it’s like to move across the state or across the country with a family. Let’s just say that “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” The best scenario is to have a GREAT Realtor waiting on you when you arrive at your new location. She/He has communicated with you and done their homework. So when you arrive, you’re they’re ready to show you what’s available in the price range you want with the criteria you want and need. Unfortunately, that scenario doesn’t always happen.

I tell Sellers to always interview two Real Estate agents when they’re selling but when you’re moving, you don’t always have that opportunity or that time frame.
